A professional couple needed a base in NY for one of the businesses. They wanted warm, inviting spaces to counteract the coldness of the city.  The spaces do double duty – the guest room is also an office, the living room is a Zoom center.  The primary bed mattress is the same as their other home, so they never feel the difference when they sleep.  Thicker, sound-absorbing materials were used to offset the sounds of the city.  This sophisticated pied-à-terre works well to refresh your batteries or have friends over for cocktails.
