This townhouse by the water was short on space and outdated. We reconfigured the layout so that the gorgeous view was evident as soon as you opened the door. The sand-blasted wood ceilings unite the first-floor rooms. A clever layout in the lower level makes a bunk space for four family members. Note that the steps to the upper bunks are drawers. A mirror in the main room, over the fireplace, hides a media screen. We strategically placed decorative mirrors to make the interior staircase appear more spacious.
